One of my most lacking, genetically un-gifted muscles is the darn tricep. Now, I know there are three heads that make up the tricep. I'm still learning the specific ones, but the most lacking third of my tricep is the head closest to the armpit, furthest to the bottom. Even though my tricep is already underdeveloped compared to pretty much every other muscle, this part of the tri is almost mushy!!...even when flexed!!!![]()
Just wondering if anybody had any special ideas on how to hit that head? Concensus is that dips are best overall and I will be adding them to tri day now; but anything else?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
