Hi, I am a new member but not new to the forum. I'm 6'0 210 lbs. less then 10% BF, 32 yrs old and have been in good shape my whole life. I have been lifting weights for 10 years now. I just started a my second cycle of gear. First cycle was sust like 5 yrs ago.
Im taking
30mg on dbol once a day for first 4 weeks
200mg of test twice a week for 12 weeks
finishing up with 4 weeks of novadex 2 weeks after my last injection of test
My question is how to take the dbol for maximum effectiveness. In the morning? With food? Before I work out? I was told to take the whole 30mg in the morning with food. But I dont work out till the late afternoon. And I read dbol only has an active life of 6-8 hours. So would it be better to take it at a time in the day where my workouts would fall into that 6-8 hour window?
Also should I be taking it all at once or split the doses up, 10mg 3 times a day on days I don't work out?
I know I'm a noob, please don't flame. Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
