S-Chest/abs
M-Arms
T-off
W-ShouldersBack
T- Legs/abs
F-off
S-off
Thats what I do for my offcycle training, nothing to drastic. An upcoming cycle of dbol/test, I was wondering if I should schedule it like this...
Day 1 = Chest/Abs
Day 2 = Bi/tri
Day 3 = Shoulders/back
day 4 = Legs/abs
day 5 off
Repeat.
I figured that my body would repair way quicker oncycle and the extra supplments that I will me taking.
