Hey guys im just wondering what is the best type of cardio to do to maximise fat loss but not muscle loss and at which time of the day..

I do 45 mins on either an eliptical, treadmill, or just running on a track in the morning before a meal. I take my multi-vitamins and some water before the cardio, then a PWO meal afterwards.
H.I.T. training is pretty effective, but I try to change up my cardio frequently so my body and I don't get bored. This weak was eliptical, and next week I think will be incline treadmill.
If you dont want to lose muscle you need to feed your body protein (protein shake) in the morning. after that settels then hit the cardio. because during the night your body is using up all the protein you have used the day before and if you do cardio first thing you will burn more muscle. Running is your best bet.
dont just run 30 mins break it up do the bike, treadmill, swimming, and ect...
i run in the morning outside on an empty stomach for 25-30 min and that always burns the fat off faster for me and i lose no muscle either
run on empty stomac first thing in am....sign up for boxing lessons
boxing or mma lessons are real good. I do agree on the empty stomac but read a study on losing muscle while you sleep, but that is just a idea........who really knows. bodybuilder1107 has been around for a while and i have listen to his advise before with great results.
