How long does it take for levels to drop?

Guys,

Any idea how long it takes for levels to come back down after a 400 mgs injection? I just got started on TRT and the doc wanted me to do 200 mgs and then go back for a blood test in a month. I want to make sure my levels are low for my next test so he will up my dosage.
