I always do a little bit of cardio every day but not as intense as when i cut.
I do cardio 3x per week for 45min in the am. while bulking.
Yeah, I just take the intensity down and hit it 2-3 times a week.
Unless you weigh 120lbs then you should definitely raise your protein intake if your trying to bulk.
He's 180lbs, and about 18% BF his profile says. If this is the case, he doesnt need to take his protein up. Bulking is more about carb intake than protein intake. 1.5g per pound of LBM should be plenty of protein.
I know this was not the original question but if you are already 18% why in the heck would you be bulking?

to answer original question: i do cardio when bulking, just less frequently. And i don't do it after weights. Just about 3x week in am. Drink whey shake and cardio 1 hour later
Na.. sorry i was guessing i was 18% then i actually went to a place to get tested and i around 12% did alot of cardio and working out.. well i was 14.. and lost 2%
I still do cardio while bulking 3-4 times per week, 40 minutes, at 60% mhr.
