    First Cycle Diet

    Im 33 years old
    6 foot 3
    210 lbs

    I am getting ready to start my first cycle with test e 300mg a week and Winstrol/anvavar 50mg each every 3 days.

    I wanted to post my diet to get some feedback

    Pre-workout meal
    Big Bowl of Wheaties with Skim Milk

    Post Workout
    VPX Zero Carb shake - 40 g protein

    Mid morning
    ANother VPX shake (40g pro) or can of Chunk light tuna

    Lunch
    Fish or chicken and rice and vegetables

    Mid afternoon
    Another VPX shake (40g pro) or can of chunk light tuna

    Afternoon snack
    lowfat cottage cheese

    Dinner
    Steak, fish or chicken and, some type of beans (black or pinto) and steamed vegetables

    pre bed time
    VPX Zero Impact shake 20g protein

    Throughout the day I also usually eat some edamame and a few apples. I also drink plenty of water.

    I think i may need to start getting some carbs post workout to replenish my glycogen.

    Any comments/crticism would be appreciated. Thanks.

    One word "awful." Read the stickies. You have no business using aas with a diet like that. Sorry

If I had to say one thing, I guess it would be more whole food meals, not shakes all day. Here is the thread for how to bulk. What are your goals? The stickies are permanent threads at the top of the diet forum, good basic infromation. After you read it and come up with a new diet post your diet with macros (pro, carb, fat) and calories for each of your meals, along with daily totals. Hard to give proper critique without these. Good luck

    Thanks for directing me to the link. I am not necessarily trying to bulk too much. I would like to gain some size and strength but dont want to get over 230lbs. I would like to try to gain as much lean muscle as possible. i know Im going to gain some fat along with it.

    Eating more whole foods is not a problem for me. I guess i will try to follow some of these tips. thanks

    Thats cool, I would say gaining 20lbs would definately classify as a bulk or like I call it a "growth period."
