I am getting ready to start my first cycle with test e 300mg a week and Winstrol/anvavar 50mg each every 3 days.
I wanted to post my diet to get some feedback
Pre-workout meal
Big Bowl of Wheaties with Skim Milk
Post Workout
VPX Zero Carb shake - 40 g protein
Mid morning
ANother VPX shake (40g pro) or can of Chunk light tuna
Lunch
Fish or chicken and rice and vegetables
Mid afternoon
Another VPX shake (40g pro) or can of chunk light tuna
Afternoon snack
lowfat cottage cheese
Dinner
Steak, fish or chicken and, some type of beans (black or pinto) and steamed vegetables
pre bed time
VPX Zero Impact shake 20g protein
Throughout the day I also usually eat some edamame and a few apples. I also drink plenty of water.
I think i may need to start getting some carbs post workout to replenish my glycogen.
