    Tips or critiques?

This is after a 2 months of solid lifting. Taking NoXplode and protein. My diet is pretty inconsistent because of work but I do my best to eat around 3000 cals a day with about 200g of protein. Any suggestion to hit harder i think my shoulders are small and i need to square up my chest besides the obvious gaining weight part. Thanks for any comments!

i dont think your getting 3000 calories a day. my advice is train harder, eat more, and dont feed us b.s. about your diet being inconsistent b/c of work. we all work bro. not to sound harsh to you just realistic...

basically, you're not going to get where you want to be without working hard. Which includes having your diet in check. and chestttt

List the menu I bet I can make you a BB diet with it. Unless it's only serving HOHOs

One thing everyone forgot to mention is you need to have some patience. You wont put on 20 lbs over night. It may take a year or more. Give it time man and keep working hard!!

Post up your diet, meal for meal with macros.

You've only been lifting 2 month. If your diet is right with no AAS and hard training, I don't see why you couldn't hit 200lbs in 2 years.

    Props on posting pics

Listen to what AdamGH told you. You have been lifting for 2 months, it takes years to add quality muscle. Lift heavy, stick with the basic exercises for now and by all means get your diet right.

Props on posting up your pics bro! My advice would be to tweek up your diet a bit, increasing your cals to atleast 3500-4000 kcal a day through good clean foods. You look like you're not prone to gaining bodyfat too easily, so you'll have some slack. What are your goals?
