    How do i hit the V in my chest

    all i got is free weights and i need to build the upper middle V of my chest... what routine can i use to hit it with barbells dumbells or wbar?

    Just workout your chest hard and be consistent. Genetics can make life rough for you. IMO, here are some important exercises you should do:

    Barbell flat - should be first and heavy!
    Incline dumbell - focus form but be heavy
    Cable flys - form form form! do it somewhat slow and focus on the contraction in your chest.
    wide grip dips - you'll get mega chest pump from these

    Comes with time after you have lifted long enough it will arise.

    Lowering bodyfat will play a huge role even flat breasted bitches have that V
