I'm asking this for a friend who is about to start:
-1hour pre-workout, He'll be taking R-LAA
-30min. later, taking Glyco-Maize, w/ Creatine BCAA and Glutamine
When would be the best time to take the IGF-R1? Pre-workout AND Post-Workout? Or JUST Post-Workout? There are mixed reviews about when it should be taken....
How much R-LAA should be taken? Is there any other Anti-Oxidants that could be taken to magnify the effect?
Also, Shouldn't he take some simple carbs. w/ this?
He is in Mid-Cycle right now: 750mg. Sust., 600mg. Deca wkly...
