What exercises can one do to get those lower lats to flare out?
seated lat rows
Bent over rows pulling the bar to lower abs
Reverse grip anything
Bent over barbell and close grip(palms facing each other) seated cables.
Close grip pull-ups or pulldowns with palms facing one another and bent arm pullovers work well for me.
Thanks Guys. I do all variations of the rows and pulldowns named. Just can't seem to target those lower lats. Barbell rows are my favorite back exercise. Whoooa, just gets me excited thinking about them. Time to go train chest!!
