    BCAA dosing, timing, mixing

    Hey Guys,
    Just wondering how many take BCAAs and where, when and how much? I mix 5g or so with my water when i work out, either weights or cardio. Is that dosage lame? Any need to add them to PWO, or other times of day (e.g. before bed)? And am I the only one who thinks they smell/taste like ass?

    sounds good man do 5 pre 5 post workout

    If you can afford it take 10 grams mourning, 10 grams before workout, 20 grams during workout, 10 grams before bed time. MRM makes a good powder form of BCAA's 166 servings at 5 grams a serving.
