Guys, first time poster. Love the site.

Stats
Age -32
Weight - 170lbs
Height -5'10"
BF - 13%
Workout - Moderate/4-5 days a week
Diet - Decent (No sugar or salt, maybe 4000 calories a day, 150-200 grams of protein a day)

Make a long story short, did 2 Deca cycles back in the mid to late 90's when I was 20-21 yrs. old. Did not stack with any test nor did I run a PCT. Fortunately I didn't have any issues/side effects at the time. With both cycles I had decent gains of 8-12 lbs, obviously they didn't last.
Lifted off and on since.
Started lifting pretty seriously (I'm sure not nearly as serious as most on this site) for the last 14 months. Did the creatine thing, etc..no real gains.

Recently got a hold of some Deca and was planning on doing that alone (until I came across this site!) I'm certain that my body can't handle a shut down like it did when I was 20 so I'm going to follow the experts advice.

Here goes, please feel free to steer me in the right direction if I'm wrong.

12 Week Cycle
Deca 300 mg 10 weeks
Test E 400mg 12 weeks

PCT
3 weeks
Nolva 40,20,20
Clomid 100,50,50

May have to substitute Test C for Test E...not sure which one I'm going to be able to get my hands on. Working on getting PCT items, I'm not starting the cycle until they're in my hands. A little leery about ordering online...we'll see.

Let me know your thoughts, suggestions...etc!
