    did I ruin my GH?

    I reconstituted my HGH with vitamin B12 instead of BA or sterile water.

    Did I destroy the compound I have read mixed opinions on the board.

    You need to reconstitute with either sterile water(and use the HGH with in 3 days), or reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, which preserves the HGH for 2 weeks or so.

    Try it mate... there's been many, like RedV, who have used b12 to reconstitute their gH if you're consuming your gH vial in like a day or 2... no big difference. However, like Pinn mentioned, gH is usually reconstituted with B water to keep its life over a span of 2/3 weeks after reconstitution.

    when i took it during my last cycle (it was done with bact water) i started with 2IU the first day and my hands were so swollen i couldn't lift a weight

    this time i used stuff reconstituted with b12 and did 1IU in the morning 1IU at night

    same brand GH, but this time I don't have any sides

    the only difference was before i was on prop and now i am starting HGH for 2 months before going on cycle....any reason why i dont have sides this time? thats why i thought i ruined it to be honest...

    Well, I have never done AAS and gH together... in fact, I haven't done AAS at all. However, I believe you're OK... like Pinn would say "is HGH running through your body" what counts, so I would not worry about it too much. Eventually just up the daily dosage to feel the side effect more often, but that's not needed if 2IUs/per day work for you.
