Letro Dosing ?

I got Letro dosed at 2.5mg/ml - 30ml vial

If I was going to follow cbinos reversal how would i figure out

.25mg
.50mg - .2ml
1.0mg - .4ml
1.25mg - .5ml
1.50mg - .6ml
2.0mg - .8ml
2.5mg - 1 ml


is this correct?

every 1/10 of a ml is .25m.........so 1ml would be .25mg times 10 = 2.5mg.....
