Trying to cut before first real bulker. Now that I am trying to cut I am very aware of all my fat, and 95% of it is on my torso - belly, back and chest fat. BF is 13.5% by a calculated estimate but it feels worse to me because I have a light boned frame and not a lot of muscle.
I have a lot of time right now so have been hitting gym 6-7 days/wk.
Doing: about 45 min of weights, medium-heavy, Every 3rd day body parts. Then I follow it with 45-60 min cardio, HR around 130-140's. Running or elliptical.
I don't want to get catabolic but want to lose fat ASAP.
Is this too much, or should I max out the cardio? I have good endurance and could do 2hr cardio no problem.
What's your best experience? Anyone not do cardio and just weights? Or the reverse?
Diet is high protein, low carb, calories about 70% of basal caloric intake.
Taking ECA plus extra caffeine.
Thanks.
