    my progress over time

    Im going to include a few photos here. The first will be from before i ever cycled. I worked out properly, but did not eat too well. I was pretty lean, and still had a good body, but only weighed in at 155-165. Here are those pictures

    here is a pic that summarizes my build at the peak of my test250/eq600/dbol50 cycle. weighed in at about 190

    heres a pic from my next cycle, which was test250/deca400/tbol30. Weighed in at about 200-205. I dont look as strong as my previous cycle, but i assure you i was much stronger, although some was waterweight.

    here is my pictures taken yestreday. I am not on cycle, finished PCT for my test/deca/tbol cycle about 2-3 weeks ago. I currently take creatine, finasteride(balding), zinc, vitamins, fish oil. I have noticed a large difference by taking zinc, which leads me to believe i was deficient (i had the white spots under finger nails which is a symptom). Anyway, i have been keeping my diet in check, although i have been working in the summer sun and heat doing physical labor which has taken a toll on my ability to eat and workout. Even so, i weigh about 185-190.

    I will probably run a test 500/ mdrol/hdrol cycle soon, expect pictures. Let me hear some critique or whatever comments you all have.

    Those last pics look like you went to a tanning bed with a shirt on or something. You got that orange tan. LOL!! but impressive progress

    yea, i work outside in the sun everyday. At this point im actually trying to see how extreme i can make my farmers tan.

    just as a note- im not looking to weigh more than 200lbs of gear. My joints hurt, clothes dont fit, and i just dont feel right at anything more than that. I highly doubt my frame is meant to hold that much weight. I have been over 200 once or twice, but it is usually due to bloat on cycle, which i suppose i will make an exception for.

    one week in

    Here is my most recent picture. Ive been off cycle since oct 08 if i remember, or somewhere around then. I am still at 190. I took at shot of deca (500mg) not even a week before this pic, maybe like 4 days, and hadnt started any orals yet cuz i didnt have em yet. So this is basically my before pic.

    Im currently on cycle (just started)

    Deca 1-12 300mg/wk (500 first week, 400 2nd week)
    eq 3-14 400mg/wk
    epistane 1-3 30mg/day
    hdrol 1-6 75mg/day

    as of now im almost 2 weeks in.

    And yes, i am aware that the date on the picture info says 2006. This is not accurate.

    yea its winter... the tan will be back without a doubt come summer.

    I remember you did an EQ/Test cycle a long time ago.

    I see that you chose Deca over EQ for your more recent cycles.

    What would you tell someone considering a Deca/Test cycle verse an EQ/Test cycle since you have experience with both?

    Im actually runing a deca/eq cycle now. Test/deca = big size gains, lots of bloat, and for me, prolaction sides, and fast gyno. you will lose a lot of it. test/eq, not as drastic size gains, but much more vascular, hard defined look. Hardley any sides, little bloat, most of which is due to the test.
