doesnt matter as long as it contains diphenhydrmine and you wanna take 50mg a night 3 weeks in and every 3 there after...this is a great post by perfectbeast...check it out

If from the UK, like thy, then it's Sleepease you need. It contains 50mg of the drug, and readily available over the counter.

Don't make the mistake like I nearly did and was going to purchase £20 worth of Benedryl. It's the wrong stuff over here. It doesn't contain Diphenhydramine.
