well got in a fight ( won) and think i got my cheek bone broken. like its hurting all top of teeth like bone went to to the tooth canels.

dont breaks like this are healed on there own?

dude you need an x-ray. Go to the ER. Most likely from what you are saying if it is a fracture it is a stable one and will need no treatment other than protection from being reinjured, but I cant tell for sure from that info or without an exam. If it is broken and has displaced, you could end up looking weird when it heals in bad position.
