was wondering what constitutes having good genetics. is it specifically one body part, physical characteristics (broad shoulders big hands ect...) or just how fast your body grows when training?

Google Flex Wheeler genetics. That should answer your question.
I think good genetics is all relative. Good genes are usually associated with traits like intelligence, good health, and a winning personality. There may not be such a thing as a good gene/ bad gene, but only genes that are good or bad depending on the other genes around them and the environment you live in. One person could have good genetics for bodybuilding with full muscle bellies and symmetrical but that may not be the best for competing in the world's strongest man. Also with genes that we inherit through are parents the environment including diet, experience and contamination can alter how a specific gene behaves throughout life. Which may or may not be harmful in the fight against specific diseases. The same gene that predisposes people to developing Alzheimer's disease may help protect them from kidney damage. One copy of the gene that causes cystic fibrosis seems to protect against tuberculosis Another example of the good gene/bad gene is the sickle cell. If you have sickle-cell gene and live in a malarial zone, you are less likely to contract malaria. This is why seemingly "bad" genes have survived in the human gene pool. Hope this gives you a little extra insight.
pretty deep REED,but i see what you are saying
