Whats the best exersice to really thicken the middle upper back???
well i like to do narrow grip t-bar rows.
deads work good for me.
^^Yeah what he said, close grip seated cable row, dumbbell row, barbell row

Heavy Barbell Rows and deads work the best for me.

mine didnt start getting big till i did dead lifts
