my diet includes
Morning-a bagel with light plain cream chesse with a yougurt
snack- will try to eat some fruit but not al the time if not i will eat nothing untillunch
Lunch- a tuna sandwhich with about 1 tablesoon of mayo on whole wheat bread
snack- veggies and dip low fat dip tho
dinner- piece of steak or chicken with green veggies and a sweet potato
and if i snakc at night it will be a bowl of ceral before 9 at night
and i drink like 5 bottles of water a day
