Thumbs up Caber/Bromo alternatives for lowering Progesterone

Right Im going doing Tren/Prop etc etc

Hopefully I will get my hands on 25mg(mgc or mcg?) ed of T3 - I understand this will help with Progesterone problems but if its a thing I cant get hold of any Bromo or even T3......what other ways is there of lowering it???

Any foods or supplements worth trying?
