Bodyfat estimate? taken today

pics arent the greatest but i hope you can give me an idea of where i stand, also what i could work on. taking all critisism.

I'd say around 11-12. As you said, pics aren't the greatest, but that would be my guess.

haha yeahhhh it could be worse i could of kept them unedited :P

i plan to take eca stack for the next week or two weeks and do some INTENSE cardio with some VERY strict diet, hopefuly drop some fat before i start my cycle of test and tren.

or test and deca... not sure yet.

I also feel im a bit above 12% i think im moreso around 15-16% my gym is doing a bodyfat test with one of those electrical machines next sat. how accurate are those machines?

No guess on the body fat...I just couldn't help but wonder if you're also sporting a moustache, and with those socks plan a career in the porn industry. Make sure to keep something like HCG in the cycles to keep the cojones plump if that be the case.
