speaking of tattoos...

with all the new tat threads popping up, i thought i'd put up some of mine.
the first is pretty self explanatory i suppose.
The handprints are my wife's.. sort of a a metaphor for "she's always got my back"... i plan on adding our children's hands or feet to it, when we have kids. the pics were taken right after they were finished thats why they're so red.

sweet. i have about 10 tats. i also have one on my rib cage/obliques like you do. not that big but damn it hurt. i cant imagine how much yours hurt.
the whole handprints cuz your wife has your back is very cool idea.

Yeah that is a great idea.... I like that.... See in the straight world that would be perfect there... but in the gay world lol... I would never put something that belongs to the person I am with..... most gay relationships tend to fall apart after 5 years lol.. if you in a 10 year then you are considered "different" so yeah.... no handprints of my dude lol..... besides my back is already taken by my last name and reserved for my mothers face pic when he passes away.

thanks for the kind words fellas. even my mom liked the hand prints and she HATES all of my tattoos, lol. Dukkit, it was very uncomfortable to say the least... one Huge 4 hour session and another 2hour session.... i was NOT looking forward to the 2nd session! Tank i was looking for your thoughts on them, i know you're an artist yourself. My guy has only been tattooing for just under 3yrs now, but i'm super pleased with his work. He's actually gonna be featured in tattoo international sometime around october i think. I think i'm gonna get a leg piece next... maybe something to match my ribs.

yea i got the outline done, took 2 hours. but i have to go back and get it shaded and colored. but i have been putting it off for the past year!! cuz im just not lookin forward to getting poked in the ribs more. lol.

thanks, after clicking on the picture to make it bigger, all the lines seem a bit distorted... but it's actually, nearly flawless. i'd like to get covered w/ them, but the wifey doesn't like them nearly as much as myself. lol

Thanks bro I actually wanted to go a lil bit lower past my elbow but opted to just stay at half a sleeve.... I already have my third one planned out I might get it in Sept or Oct.
