Switching from Sust to Prop

Need some input.

I’m on a cycle of 875mg Test (sust) and 350mg Tren (2 esters, fina and parabolan).
Anyways the problem is the sust that I had for the rest of the cycle is now gone (long story) and I can only get a hold of prop.
I’m on day 13 of my cycle. Been injecting sust and tren eod.
Would like to keep prop at about 700mg but I’m not quite sure on what is the best way to switch. I mean the long esters in sust have not kicked in yet so if I start injecting 100mg prop ed I’ll get a huge hormone spike as I will have 700mg prop and 2 long esters from sust kicking in at the same time.

Anyone has any experience on this or could recommend the best way to go about this – would be great.
