    Cant drink protein shakes

Will it make a difference if I don't drink protein shakes? Everytime I drink them I get sick to my stomach.

As long as you're getting enough protein from actual food, it's only gonna help you. Food is better than shakes for you.

I hear you men. Happens the same to me. took me a while to find a brand that hurt me the less, which in my case is Matrix 5.0 vainilla.
My recomendation: try easy flavors like vainilla. avoid chocolate, cookies or citric/fruity flavors. No facy flavors.
Mix it in water. If it still hurt your stomack just stick with real food. I did. Or just use the PWO shake. The difference is minimal. Shakes are just more practical. but protein is protein. after working out maybe youre not in the mood for a heavy digestion like meat o something, so try fish. some tuna.

    hope it helps

I have chocolate and I use milk, but in water it's worse for me. When you make tuna do you mix it in mayonnaise. Thats how we use to make it, but I haven't had tuna in a long time.

Eating the amount of food people like us do can be a real chore at times, just use your imagination mate, sex your food up. Put a dollop of fat free icecream in your protein shake or some blueberries.

It depends what your goals are. Im bulking so mayo with some tuna doesnt do me any harm. If your bulking you can add some taste to some foods.
