    4 sets, 4 exercises

    is doing 4 sets per excersie and doing 4 excercises per body part to much?

    no... what are the reps? i hit 5 to 6 sets per

    If it works for you go for it. Everyone will have their own opinion on what is best. I personally stick in the 12 set range, 3 exercises 4 sets.

    Twelve sets with once a week muscle training is plenty given the sets are intense.

    Agreed with above, more is not always better. Especially if one is hitting smaller muscle groups such as the chest or the arms. For legs then more sets can be handled.
