    day 1: chest/triceps
    day 2: shoulders/abs
    day 3 back/biceps
    day 4: legs/abs

Put days off or cardio only days where you like in the split. Thats how I would do it.

Is it actually ok to workout the same muscle after only 2 days of rest?

Agreed. Two days rest? Personaly I need at least three. Everyone is different so listen to your body.

I can do it after 2 days. Just didn't know if it was bad. I have heard that if you work the same muscle out to much and can burn muscle?

You can run the risk of overtraining and therefore hit somewhat of a 'wall' in your gains. You muscle grows during its recovery period. Not when its being used.

I know that. Pretty much if I have soreness, it's gone on the 2nd day. Now on gear, how much faster will they heal, to if you were doing it naturally?

Yeah but the advice you get on working out and diet is hands down the best i have come across. I first came thinking about gear, but then decided to wait it out. Still have a long way to go naturally before i decide to take the other path.

typically after you are banned, you aren't supposed to just set up a new account and carry on like nothing happened.
