Quick help needed on injecting into Tricep

hey guys got abit of a problem, i dont no if ive been told to inject into my tri the right way

(bend arm to right angle, put a pillow underneeth the bend arm and inject into the tricep straight down) is this right ?

I've always shot the back of tri's arm straight and hit the horseshoe area. I'm at an advantage cause the wife shoots me.
