hello to all. let me start off telling you my stats. i am 23 years old and i am 155 lbs. and 5 foot 11 inches tall. i am thin and i really want to put on some cut size to my whole body. i need someone that knows what they are talking about tell me what i should go with, how much i should use, with minnimal side effects, what kind of diet i should have, also i need something that i can still be able to run for long periods of time with. and also maybe a workout routine? every little bit helps. thanks.
