    Best Way to take Creatine Mono.

    Im in the middle of PCT after a 12 week AAS cycle and now intend to start using creatine, never used it before.

    Now whats confused me is the way to take it, on the container of mine with direction use it says "Take 1 teaspoon (3-5g) of creatine 30-45 mins prior to your workout on an empty stomach. Recommended daily allowance : 3-5g, do not exceed that dose".

    Now I remember a m8 of mine using it once and he took 2 or 3 teaspoons a day.

    What is the best way, and do i take it everyday or just workout days?

    i always took after working out... you can take as much as you want. anywhere from 5-10g should be fine

    Thats everyday then, not just on workout days?

    on training days 5grms 45mins before you train then 5grms straight after within 30mins rest days 5grms with your breakfast 5grms with a evening meal

    I only took it after a workout also. Teaspoon full directly in my mouth and washed it down with cranberry juice or oj.

    warm grapefruit juice gets it into you easier to absorb

    i only did on workout days. also with some kind of fruit juice but i mixed it.

    I believe grape juice is the best recommened juice (i wouldn't be so anal). Also, creatine monhydrate is cheap, and you get plenty, so take a teaspoon extra if you feel, as any extra creatine your body doesn't need is urinated out.

    make sure u buy it in pure form, its ALOT cheaper. i sometimes take a few grams before i work out but normally only on chest day for the added boost on bench. but it is supposed to be take WITH carbs EVERY time cuase the carbs help push the creatine into your cells where energy comes from. normally 5-10 grams a day is enough. but i normally took mine in my protien shake after working out.

    most of they creatin you just piss out...as soon mono hydrate get wet it looses almost 50% of it potency and its half life is horrendes thats why you need to take 4 times a day every day or you won't get the benefits. A beter way to go is to get kre alkalyn creatin which isn't water based and doesn't make you bloat as bad and you only need to take that twice a day

    the instructions on my tub were to frontload with 3 teaspoons per day for 1 week , then 1 teaspoon per day there after, for 12 weeks then take a break..
