Im in the middle of PCT after a 12 week AAS cycle and now intend to start using creatine, never used it before.
Now whats confused me is the way to take it, on the container of mine with direction use it says "Take 1 teaspoon (3-5g) of creatine 30-45 mins prior to your workout on an empty stomach. Recommended daily allowance : 3-5g, do not exceed that dose".
Now I remember a m8 of mine using it once and he took 2 or 3 teaspoons a day.
What is the best way, and do i take it everyday or just workout days?
