Hello. I am a 27yo male who has been lifting heavily for 5 years now. I have had great results but feel like I have plateaued.
Here are my current stats:
6'0 197 lbs. 45C 32W 16A
A year ago I was about 184 pounds, so I have gained a lot of weight, mostly muscle but have been at 197 now for about 7 months.
I have done extensive research but am still unsure as to what would be a great beginner cycle for me.
I struggle with acne and baldness, and would like to avoid those if possible. Is itreally possible?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
