Ok folks turning the big 40 this year... Been working out 6 days a week for the last year. Cardio, plyo, Martial Arts, and old school lifting dumbells pushups pullups free weights, that sort of stuff. Nothing ***** hitting it pretty hard. But I would like some more size but keep the lean if thats possible. When i was 20 I took dbol for about 4 weeks till my old man busted me hehe. Thats it. I am not going to inject either what are my options? I really am looking to do one cycle thats it. I am 5 7" 140lbs and 6% body fat. I would like to keep my body fat within reason but make some gains on size/strength. Maybe I am barking up the wrong tree and should just continue with the usual protein powder etc.. What advise can you throw my way.
