hope this the right spot for this but I need to know how to loose about 30lbs! I'm in the military and no matter how far I run or how ever many push ups or sit ups I do I get no where. I read about getting a heart rate monitor and slowing down but that will just kill my legs. I'm trying to really focus back fat, love handles, and chest. I have cleaned my diet up but still am getting no where. Does anyone have any cardio and exercises I should focus on?
