i'm looking for advice in regards to what i should start with. i haven't used yet and i'm not exactly sure what's right for me. here are some stats for you guys in order to help me out.
age: 23
height: 6"2
weight: 190lbs
bf%: 10%
diet summary: i eat just about every 3 hours, sometimes eat a little later than 3 hours if i'm busy. take a shake when i wake up and after i lift. try to eat a lot of egg whites, chicken, and steak. i do cheat sometimes, eating ice cream at times as well as other junk food. overall, i try to get at least 6 meals in per day.
years lifting: 3+
cycle experience: none
goals: looking to gain a lot of muscle and size, but not to the point where people can tell i'm using.
