... thin skin !!!! HELP ME SOMEONE !!! What am I not doing or doing wrong??
active in the gym for 2yrs now. My diet is in check (or im assumin). I dont do dairy anymore, low low LOW sodium intake, real healthy, real foods, not processed stuff, i cook my meals everyday, i jog/run everyday!!!
what do i have to do to get that thin skin on my stomach?!?! no matter how much fat i lose, when i pinch my skin, i get a thick chunk instead of a thin little paper piece!! i want to feel my stomach like im pinching my neck skin by my adams apple, not like im pinching my thighs!!
