so i been going back and forth trying to make up a workout plan and diet with the info on here im trying to lean out as much as possible and build muscle like i have said before im 34yrs old 6'2 240lbs wiehged 297lbs about 6 months ago lost the wieght by just cardio and diet so anyways i came across the BFL 12 week program and the workout seemed alright and the cardio also so my question is if anyone knows bout this 12 week BFL is it a good workout program or is it weak can i get better results by putting together a workout plan from here any advice be appreciated i wanna start this monday so i wanna go about it in the right way where i will see my best results thanks
