    not sure if this is the right place to post this but give it a shot

    so i been going back and forth trying to make up a workout plan and diet with the info on here im trying to lean out as much as possible and build muscle like i have said before im 34yrs old 6'2 240lbs wiehged 297lbs about 6 months ago lost the wieght by just cardio and diet so anyways i came across the BFL 12 week program and the workout seemed alright and the cardio also so my question is if anyone knows bout this 12 week BFL is it a good workout program or is it weak can i get better results by putting together a workout plan from here any advice be appreciated i wanna start this monday so i wanna go about it in the right way where i will see my best results thanks

    goals are to burn as much fat and build muscle if thats all pssible to do together lol

    like for instance the cutting cutting cyle as everyone calls it on here is that a diet i should follow and workout program even if im not on gear? also is there a certain weight or bf% i should get down to before using clen does that matter?

    you need to be calorie deficient to loose weight (burn fat). you need excess calorie to build muscle. you can gain lean muscle, but youll still gain some fat

    find the videos in the diet branch of this fourm for dieting.. that's what i used and i dropped 9 percent body fat in 15 weeks.. good hunting
