got a buddy of mine who told me a story about himself.. he was on a ten week tren test cycle and he told me he tore his shoulder in the process w/o figuring it out till after his cycle.. he says he hasn't lifted the same since and blames it on the quick strength increase gear gives you.. told me his body couldn't keep up with the heavier weights he was using.. could this be true?? can you outgain your ligaments or over load them even though you can push the weight??
