    tearing shoulder while on gear... gaining too much strength to quick??

    got a buddy of mine who told me a story about himself.. he was on a ten week tren test cycle and he told me he tore his shoulder in the process w/o figuring it out till after his cycle.. he says he hasn't lifted the same since and blames it on the quick strength increase gear gives you.. told me his body couldn't keep up with the heavier weights he was using.. could this be true?? can you outgain your ligaments or over load them even though you can push the weight??

    easily, thats why when someone comes here and wants to start a cycle after only lifting a couple months we tell them no, the strength gains can cause tendon tears, hell, i pulled a growth plate when i was 15 from leg pressing too much weight, my muscles were stronger than my tendons could hold and i wasn't even juicing

    I never thought of it that way but it makes sense.

    I've only been a member of this site for a short while but I can honestly say that I have learned so much in that short time. You guys (and girls) have taught me more about training than I thought was possible.

    Your muscles strengthen faster then your tendons and ligaments do, meaning the weight your muscles are capable of handling are more, sometimes leading to injury; torn, strained ligaments etc.

    Not enough exp. in weightlifting...at least not heavy weight ovoiosly

    always kinda kept it lower weight higher rep, just started lifiting heavy.... that's why i ask
