I am going into my sixth week of a cycle of durabolin npp and sustanon, i plan on running this for 12 weeks in total.
I started off at 15% bf, 5 weeks later I'm up 10lbs but.... im at 17% bf
I am eating around 1300 calories over my maintence caloric requirement, around 45% carbs 35% protein and 20%fats. Most of the carbs are complex and whole grains. I work out every other day.
Am I eating too much?
Have I gained an unusual amount of fat?
Should I cut down calories?
What bf% do most people gain by bulking?
