What bicep routine would you do to get better peaks on your biceps?
What bicep routine would you do to get better peaks on your biceps?
Something like this works for me:
- DB curls 3 x 12, 10, 8
- One arm DB curls in scott: 3 x 12, 10, 8
- That thing standing holding cables and flexing as if you where doing a biceps pose: 3 x 12, 10, 8
biceps peak is genetics
BTW, peaks seem to be more genetic then anything
It's genetics but add some hammer curls to max it out.
