    winstrol

    when the best time to take winstrol. ive been takign it every night before bed. but i heard u should take it in the mourning? does this even matter or what. and how long should u take it for. (im using oral. take 6-8 sprays a night)

    so i shouldnt take it like 4 hours prier to working out? and should i change up anythign in my diet when takign winstrol.

    how long shoudl i take ti for. been on it for 3 weeks now. 9 soudns good?

    what kind of winstrol comes in a spray bottle? that cant be very accurate dosing
