Did anyone use Dr. Scally protocol?

I recently find out an interesting scheme for PCT, suggested by Michael Scally, MD and presented before American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, so it looks pretty official and scientific-based.
He suggests using of HCG, Clomifen and Tamoxifen starting at the same time, according to the following protocol:
HCG 2500 IU QODx16d
Clomifen 50mg BID x 30d
Tamoxifen 20mg QD x 45d
