    Question about shrugs

    I usually do them on shoulder day.. I am running late mostly.. Will it matter to do them on back day... I usually have more time that day

    I do them on back day when I'm also doing deadlifts and I like that. Also I do rear delts on my back day with barbell rows and bent over dumbell flyes. When I do shoulders I only focus on side delts. Front delts I do on chest/tricep day.
    Traps get hit in practically all back movements so it makes sense to me to do them on back day.

    i do em shouder day..and loveit! but a friend ov mine does them on bak day and he doesnt have shoulders hes got boulders...ok...

    doesnt matter wat day aslong as you do em correctly !

    I mix it every 2-3 months. I do it with back and/or shoulders

    traps are technically part of your back, i used to do them with shoulders when i was younger, now i do them on back day.
