Bench Press is the Grand Daddy of chest exercise. Try this:

    Incline Bench Press 4 x 6-8
    Bench Press 3 x 6-8
    Incline Dumbbell Press 3 x 6-8
    Incline Flyes 3 x 6-8
    Dumbbell Pullovers 3 x 6-8

This will give you a well rounded chest. You could also just do Flat Bench, Incline Bench, and Dips or something. The above just works for me. I do chest once a week but you could do it more if your body can handle it. Good luck.

Never been a fan of pull overs. I think dips, cable flys and varying degrees of bench press is all thats needed.

Bench press, keeping the bar high (nipple level) will incorperate the most chest. Also dont over arch, building mass is about working the muscle, not moving the weight.

I like the pullovers for the serratus more than anything; it also expands the ribcage some which gives the chest a more barrel-like look.
