PT test, need help with stamina?

im trying to become a correctional officer(eventually a cop), i made it past the 1st interview and now the next step is a PT test which is next friday, sep 5th. im 27yrs old, right around 200lbs, 5'10. ive been lifting since my teenage years. im not ripped but not even close to fat, im pretty strong and have some good size on me, used to be a bouncer in my young 20's. but anyways, ive been having stomach pains on the right side and right side of my back on and off for about 6months now and im thinking i might have pulled something so i havent been lifting as heavy as i used to. between that and never being good at cardio im a little nervous about next friday. i only have to pass 4 of the 7 things which i think i can do but id like to pass them all.

any advice on how not to get so winded, i can not last long on cardio at all, ive never been able to. also, is there anything i can do or a suppliment i can take to help with stamina, even after lifting weights and no cardio i feel more tired then i think i should.

for suppliments right now i just take a multi and Kre ALkalyn but Sci Fit.

EPO would work but would be over kill for what you need. Maybe a stimulant like ephedrine or high caffeine dose would help.

If cardio is your weakness, make it a priority to do it everyday. Push yourself a little farther each day. Ephedrine helps me out a lot when doing cardio.

if cardio is your weakest then you need to run alot more and push yourself to the point were you think your going to puke....used to be in the military and running was an everyday thing for us...was never to good at till a friend of mine turned me on to this routine...you need to run outside for starters machines are good but you need to alter your speeds....when you run look at your light post on the street...your going to start off running 1 mile so use your car to on some street block to get it close as possible to a mile ( note: street has to have light posts ) once that is complete you are going to run two light posts at your normal pace the third light post to the fourth light post is a all out sprint next 5th to 6th post normal stride 7th to 8th sprint and so on...do this for a week and then add half of a post in your sprint so you will sprinting 1 and half post instead of just one everyother post...this si a guaranteed way to improve your time and your cardio vascular....i run still to this day and running my mile in 6min 15sec, i run three miles every other day and i can complete it in a total of 20 mins....you do get tired as hell and your stride will decrease after the first two miles but not by much if you try this....rmember when you breathe in through you nose and out your mouth...roughly every three strides is a breath you take.....controlling your breathing is essential to running as well....and i would not recommend you dosing yourself with anything runnig should be natural and you want to control your heart rate by your breathing...you dont want to have your heart pummping erratically because of caffine or ephedrine....this is one thing you should do by yourself normally..........good luck bro
