    Squats

    Hey guys.. latley when i have been doing squats, i have felt a... wouldnt call it pain but a sharp feeling in my right inner thigh/lower grown.. its only when i go real low and this even happens with no weight.. do you guys think theres somthing wrong with my techneique and if so how to prevent it.. or might be an injury. I still squat and go as heavy as i can it aint a problem just dosnt let me go as low as i whant to..

    From what youve said id guess tight adductors.

    Warmup and stretch well before squats. The girls adductor/abductor machines work like magic here if you have them in your gym. If not a band adductors work good too.

    Yes, be sure to get a proper warm up and stretch well. Butterfly stretches with your heels pulled in tight to your crotch while pushing your knees down with your elbows does a nice job on that area.

    Also standing up spreading your legs and leaning from one side to the other to stretch out the inner thy should help.

    Sounds like you are pretty tight and it is just getting strained when you try to get a full range of motion.
