    Unhappy Something going wrong

I've lost 5kg in ONE week!!!. I have no clue why. I'm bulking. Nothing has changed. I'm going high on carbs, moderate on protein and low on fats. I'm smaller, skinnier BUT my strenght gains (which are not my goal) are faster than ever. Whats going on? Ever experienced something similar? I'm adding +5kg to my excercises in each workout. Its freaking me out cos it make no sense.

Weight: 67kg (148lbs) (one week ago). today 62kg (137 lbs)
Goal: Bulk like a mofo no matter what. i don't care if I have to get a 22%bf.
Never did a cycle or something resembling a cycle.

    Day 1:
    BB Bench press 3 x 14, 10, 5
    BB Shoulder press 3 x 14, 10, 5
    Wheighned Dips 3 x 14, 10, 5

    Day 2: rest

    Day 3:
    Weightned pull ups 3 x 14, 10, 5
    BB rows 3 x 14, 10, 5
    DB curls 3 x 14, 10, 5

    Day 4: rest

    Day 5:
    Incline DB press 3 x 14, 10, 5
    DB shoulder press 3 x 14, 10, 5
    French press 3 x 14, 10, 5

    Day 6 and 7: rest

    Day 8:
    Weightned chin ups 3 x 14, 10, 5
    Low pulley rows (V attach) 3 x 14, 10, 5
    Hammer curls 3 x 14, 10, 5

I`m not a big believer in one on one off trainign routines. You need to add more calories to your diet and up protein too. 137lbs wow.....I`m 100lbs heavier than you.

Thanks for the advise. But I'm still confused...why the weight loss suddenly out of nothing and the fast strenght gains. I can't find a logical explanation...intriguing.

Probably losing muscle in the legs then, but that still seems like a lot to lose considering the starting weight.

it could be a lot of things. it is possible a lot of it was water weight. maybe you weighed yourself with less clothes on last time. you weighed yourself in the morning and then at night. like i can weigh 205 in the morning and get as high as 208-210 in late evening. use common sense. think about the variables.

What a minor relieve...I've just regained 2kgs. When I wheighted myslef yesterday in the gym the machine was screwed. Today they fixed.
I've maxed my bench press again and felt so fueled that i went for db presses and maxed it too. Now i've got to adapt to incline bb press bc my crappy gym does not have dbs heavier that 32,5kgs...

yea I agree with Adam at weigh in times. in the morning, before I eat or drink water, I'd weigh in so this way, their is no clothe or food weigh altering anywhnere between 1 and 5lbs
