    Hiit

    When i do HIIT on my off days(at least 2 days of the week) i go..
    2 mins warm up
    • 15 seconds all out followed by 45 seconds of low-intensity cardio
    • Repeat 15 times.
    • Followed by 15 minutes of low-intensity cardio
    this any good?

    i do one minute sprint, 1min 30 sec walk, repeat for 20 min.

    on the treadmill i do 3.0 speed walk, then 8.0 speed run if that helps.
