    OMFG, so this is why I came here and stayed, once, I saw the incredibly sound advice and willingness to share experience the members of this forum exhibited. I just wonder how many poor feckers have died as a direct result of this video...

    Haha, I love how he addressed that you need pro/carbs after running, yet his post-run meal had no protein source.
